We take the development of high quality future leaders seriously. Our Global Management Trainee Program is an intensive 10-month rotational training program designed for the brightest, most driven university graduates. We want to create well-rounded leaders. The GMT Program will give you a cross-functional understanding of our business and set you up for rapid growth.
The Global Management Trainee (GMT), is a program of recruitment, selection and training, aimed at newly graduated Mexican university students, where the opportunity to enter to work and rotate through different areas of the Company in a period of 10 months will be provided, acquiring constant training, challenges and diverse responsibilities, to finally have the opportunity to occupy a challenging position within the structure of the Company.
Recent graduated university students of up to 27 years of age or who have a maximum of two years after graduating, good grade average, availability to travel and solid knowledge of English language.No prior working experience required.
You’ll travel to and work in different breweries and offices getting to know top leaders along the way. You’ll learn about our Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments. And you will have many interactions and exposure to our top leaders helping you to link your experiences back to our company strategy as well as creating a network of mentors and supporters.
The Global Management Trainee Program has 10 months of training, where participants will rotate through the different areas of the company, such as: corporate offices, our plants and agencies; where they will acquire knowledge in the areas of sales, supply, and information technology, developing various tasks and improvement projects, which must be presented to the vice presidents and the general manager of the Mexico Zone.
In addition, they will participate in the Global Induction in the city of St Louis, United States, where they will meet with the Trainees from other parts of the AB-InBev world.
After 10 months of training, the GMT’s will be assigned to their first position within the structure of Grupo Modelo.
The objective of this first assignment is to consolidate the knowledge acquired in the previous stages and to start building the base for future positions, with constant training of the human resources area (People) of the Mexico Zone with a career management plan.
